Abstract. Impact of infrared laser radiation of average intensity on a functional condition of mast cells of a thyroid gland in norm is investigated and at an experimental hypothyroidism. Degranulation of mast cells of a thyroid gland was higher at the total density of a dose of 112 J/cm2 that allows to use this mode of laser influence when developing methods of compensation hypothyroidism.
