Abstract.

Experimental study on the influence of various doses of gemopoetic stem cells when conducting co-transplantation with multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells on the regeneration of myeloid tissue after exposure to ionizing radiation. Research has revealed not only dose-dependent effect of transplanted HSCs, but also to identify the minimum effective dose of 330 thousand cells/kg, which would allow at joint application with multypotent mesenchimal stromal cells activate tissue regeneration.
