Abstract.

The research objective was to estimate the influence by the balanced and not balanced infusion therapy on parameters of system hemodynamic, electrolytic and acid-alkaline balances in case of patients in traumatic shock 2nd degree. Was revealed that using not balanced crystalloid solution 0,9% sodium chloride in pre-hospital and hospital treatment patients in traumatic shock 2nd degree improves system hemodynamic but leads to occurrence negative changes in electrolytic and acid-alkaline balances. Using balanced crystalloid solution sterofundin isotonic and colloid solution 4% modify gelatin in infusion therapy’s program for treatment patients in traumatic shock 2nd degree leads to positive changes in patients’ hemodynamic and volume status also improves electrolytic and acid-alkaline balances.
