Abstract.

To assess the nature of the immune response studied 83 pregnant women with nonspecific vulvovaginitis (RGR), bacterial vaginosis (BV), genital mycoplasmosis in monoculture (GM), vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), vaginitis on the background of the association of the microbial flora. The control group consisted of 14 women with normal vaginal biocenosis and cervical canal in the early stages of pregnancy. Determine the level of T-cell immunity (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+), interleukins 6 and 10 (IL-6, IL-10). Evaluated research data on the infection, histological examination of the placenta, and outcomes of pregnancy. research data on infections. It has been shown that colonization of the lower genital tract urogenital infections (against the background of bacterial vaginosis, nonspecific infection Association microbial flora, candidiasis) with the development of an infectious disease of the vagina and cervix leads to a shift of inflammatory mediators in the direction of pro-inflammatory (Th1) response (ratio of IL-10 / IL-6 1.6-1.9). Despite the fact that the high level of genital mycoplasmas were detected normal levels of T-cell immunity and cytokines (IL-10 factor / IL-6 was 2.4) at the end of pregnancy level ascending infection placenta was high and progressed to phase III infection in five pregnant women.Against the background of myocardial inflammatory process irrespective of the type of infection develops an increased risk of pregnancy complications associated with ascending infection and placental disorders.
