Abstract.
Coefficients of correlation between different EEG spectra of bipolar assignments having no mutual points were calculated in order to estimate human brain bioelectric activity spatial synchronization state. Two most informative indices of these correlations were selected according to alternation rate of mean values in control and experimental groups of patients with different forms of epilepsy. There indices were used as base for calculation of coordinates for two dimensional vector as the generalized performance of spatial synchronization (SS) of the correspondent hemisphere bioelectric activity. The valid difference between average values of SS parameters for control group and groups with focal form of epilepsy was revealed. Totally different dynamic pattern alternation of this parameter in explored groups is shown to occur after hyperventilation test. These parameters in opposite hemisphere to those with pathological activity nidus may be used for determination of high risk of postoperative brain tissue epileptization.
